As part of the ActiTOX project, Fraunhofer Institute for Biomedical Engineering (IBMT) will organise a workshop for ActiTOX partners on theoretical introduction on stem cell cultivation and differentiation, including cultivation technologies. The workshop will be hosted by InoCure s.r.o. and will take place at Institute of Experimental Medicine. 
 
 

Project kick-off meeting

On  22nd-23rd of October, 2019, The Institute of the Experimental Medicine (IEM) of the Czech Academy of Sciences hosted an actiTOX project kick-off meeting. Sixteen attendees representing nine partners from six different countries came together to define a shared vision for the Active organotypic models for nanoparticle toxicological screening. The specific tasks to obtain the project goals in the next 3 year were defined. The project is funded by the EU Horizon 2020 MSCA-RISE-2018 – Research and Innovation Staff Exchange programme under grant agreement 823981.
